Vijay Iyer Trio - Historicity (2009)

This talented guy plays the piano like no one combine classic jazz and present beat approach. Vijay Iyer "Historicity" album is a fine album and a "must-listen-to"- for all and a wonderful gem for young musicians.
Vijay started playing the violin at the age of 3 and self-taught the piano world by ear in his childhood ..after a PhD in Physics (in Berkeley) and a degree from Yale (Mathematics and Physics). He’s got a proud Mam. 

The Original “Galang” from M.I.A is excellente.
